Morning Session: 28.11.11

Had a valuable lecture/ session today involving broadening out the potential concept of what we think is good. Although I thought I had a pretty solid starting point, I have now realised being specific will allow a better direction to take the design process too.

The questions which we had to answer involved expanding the potential good idea to gain a better understanding of what it is we are actually trying to achieve.

- What makes it good ?
- Who would find it good ?
- Who wouldn't find it good ?
- What is it better than ? (Why?)
- If your good was a profession, what would it be ?
- If your good was a celeberity, who would it be ?
- If your good was a place, where would it be ?
- If your good was an event, what would it be ?
- If you good was a product, what would it be ?

- Why ?

By answering these as widely as I could, gave me a better understanding of what I actually think my 'good' is. To be honest it is pretty hard to answer each one with a variety of choice, this makes me want to find out as much as I can in order to develop my understanding of my opinion on 'good'.
