The whole minimalistic design isn't really what I enjoy doing. So I'm going to start sticking with something I know I can work well with. Illustration. That doesn't mean it will be the ' be all and end all ' of my design work. By pushing this forward will help me understand where I actually want to be.
Anyway, here are a few concept ideas. Nothing is final.
This image needs some work, altering the typeace, correct kerning and appropriate use. The image itself I'm fairl happy with, although it doesn't relate directly with skate shoes. Then again, collaborations between artists has been seen throughout the history of the shoe design, so effectively this could actually be appropriate ? Keeping my range of ideas open at the moment.
