Brief : Workshop / Contract / Development

-

For the afternoon session, we had to step away from collaborating and start focussing and reworking the brief from our own ideas and interpretation. There had to be a clear understanding of what the brief actually wants to achieve through it's outcomes, potential audience and a potential design direction. Realistically the best way to achieve this, is to start generating ideas through rough visuals and brain storms that would effectively allow you to clearly understand your own thoughts and content from the brief.

- INITIAL BRIEF

To start investigating exactly what Swarovski want from us and their brief, I have sectioned out various parts to understand exactly what it is they are looking for. Alongside this, taking out relevant keywords that could potentially change the whole concept behind the brief.

- DEFINED BRIEF / REWRITE

With an understanding of the brand & company, made it more clear to how the brief should be developed. Fred made it apparent that we had to break the initial brief down step by step in order to get the most out of it. Essentially what we now have here is a more defined, but not finished brief. There is now a clear sense of direction as to where we want to take it to and the research that needs to be taken into account.
