Swarovski - LEEDS Store

- THE STORE

Me and my fellow collabobro Eddie, went down to the Leeds Swarovski store, to check out the products and obtain any information on the company that we could. A problem occurred to me before I even got through the door. The visual aspects, point of sale, merchandising and the design of the whole store lacked severely in any character of class. Essentially, the aims of the brand were not meeting the requirements it needed.

- CATALOGUE / CUSTOMER INFORMATION

From the employees that were working there, we were able to obtain a couple of customer catalogues and also an employee training booklet. Overall looking through the publications, I could easily identify holes within their design. The photographs used did have potential, but were positioned in an ineffective place. Alongside this, the overall general feel, choice of colour and images used, did not fit the target audience in question.

This could be the means of a total re-brand and promotion for the entire company...
