Swarovski - Questionnaire ONE

To define our target audience and understand what young female designers actually want from the brand and existing fashion companies, we decided to put together a questionnaire. Although re-reading the questions we had put down, made us realise it was unclear. Beside this, we did manage to receive some constructive feedback and potential routes in which we could take the brief in.

The majority of the people we asked were based in textiles and jewel crafting, as we found they would be the ideal audience to focus on. From the answers given, it was clear that the brand was lacking overall with it's product range, price and overall brand. Evidently, there was not a lot of interest within the current market Swarovski is producing at this time.

In order to change this, and attract the aim of the brief, we need to consider exactly where the brand is going wrong and push for a more contemporary and modern aesthetic.
